A two-vehicle crash occurred on State Route 764 at the intersection of Kings Highway on Thursday afternoon.
Both vehicles were traveling north-bound when one of the vehicles, operated by Melinda Fleck of Port Matilda, stopped for a red light.
A vehicle operated by Eugene Igou of Tyrone was traveling behind Fleck’s car. Igou was unable to stop in time and struck the back end of Fleck’s vehicle.
Igou was not injured, but a passenger in his vehicle, Ethel Igou, suffered a minor injury.
Fleck also sustained a minor injury.

A case of criminal mischief occurred sometime between 11 p.m. Friday and 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Snyder Township. An unidentified victim’s truck was vandalized while it was parked on Teaberry Street.

A motorcycle accident in Taylor Township, Saturday evening left a Howard man severely injured.
Scott Rhoat, 42, was traveling on State Route 220 when the rear tire on his motorcycle blew out and caused him to lose control. Rhoat suffered severe injuries, while a passenger, 52-year old Debra Rhoat of Howard, suffered moderate injuries.

A 25-year old Altoona woman, Annie Maria Difolco, was charged with retail theft and harassment after a Saturday evening incident at Bickel’s surplus. The incident at the Antis Township store allegedly occurred shortly before 7 p.m.

A unidentified victim had their passenger-side door keyed while the vehicle was parked at the lot at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park on Saturday.
Philipsburg State Police
A unidentified 23-year Tyrone woman is the suspect in a theft of leased property case in Port Matilda.
The woman is accused of renting a video tape from Lykens market on November 13 of last year and failing to return it. After repeated attempts by the store to contact the suspect and have her return the tape along with late fees in excess of $100, the store decided to turn the matter over to the police.
