Ferguson’s Pest Control 4 Gardner’s Candies 1
Ferguson’s Pest Control jumped out in front quickly with a a pair of first-inning runs before Gardner’s had a chance to bat and went on for the victory. Each team managed three hits, but Jimmy Ferguson, Tyler Glashauser and Mark Roth knocked in runs for the winners, who also took advantage of six Gardner errors. John Kimberling had one RBI for Gardner’s and was the only player on either team to get two hits.
Jimmy Ferguson struck out 10 batters and walked five in a complete game win for Ferguson’s. Jordan Faretta (two walks) and Jacob Belinda (one walk) each fanned three for Gardner’s, with Faretta picking up the loss.

Rick Day Construction 13 Elks 3
In what was a close contest for the first four innings, Rick Day Construction ripped the game open in the bottom of the fifth by firing up a 10-run salvo to win going away 13-3 after five innings.
Elks had just tied the game up with a single tally in the top of the fifth, when Rick Day Construction opened up the flood gates to put the decision away.
Matt Myers slammed a triple and had three RBI and Jeremy Miller clouted a solo home run in the fourth inning to lead Rick Day Construction.
Jeremy Miller pitched the first three innings for Rick Day, striking out seven and not walking a batter, while Richard Crabtree tossed the final two innings to pick up the win, striking out three and walking two. Justin Miller pitched the last two innings, striking out three and walking a pair, to absorb the loss for Elks.
