State police are investigating a vehicle theft from the parking lot at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park in Tipton, Antis Township, on Wednesday between 4:50 and 9:30 p.m.
Police said the granddaughter of 76-year-old Robert O. Brandt of Altoona was using his 1996 Jeep Laredo. She left the car locked and secured in the parking area near the hot dog stand. When she returned to the area the vehicle was gone.
The vehicle was described as dark green with a Pennsylvania registration (WR93564). Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Hollidaysburg State Police at 696-6100.
