The Tyrone Area girls volleyball team dropped three straight games at Bellefonte on Thursday evening.
Bellefonte swept the Lady Eagles 25-7, 25-19 and 25-14 to drop the Tyrone girls record to 1-5.
Sam Martinez had seven kills and Jess Miller added three kills in a losing cause for the Lady Eagles.
The Bellefonte junior varsity team defeated the Lady Eagles junior varsity 25-16 and 25-21.
The Tyrone volleyball team will participate at the West Branch Invitation on Saturday morning and then host Indian Valley on Tuesday, beginning at 6 p.m. with the junior varsity match.
