A rural Tyrone woman was the victim of criminal mischief in Warriors Mark sometime between 9:20 p.m. last Friday and 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Someone used an unknown object to break the left-rear passenger window and scratch the driver’s side window of Amy Hoff’s vehicle while it was parked at the intersection of Huntingdon Furnace Road and Route 453. Damage was estimated at $400.

A 71-year-old Bellwood man has been accused in a criminal trespass case that happened at a church in the Bellwood area on Monday at 7 p.m.
Police said Dean H. Campbell appeared at the parking lot of the Bellwood Church of the Brethren and refused to leave after being told to leave three times by the church pastor. Campbell is facing a criminal defiant trespass charge.

A 21-year-old Bellwood man, Wesley R. Grove, has been accused in a retail theft incident at the Bellwood Sheetz in Antis Township on Monday afternoon.
State police said Grove allegedly concealed and removed a package of candy from the store that was valued at $2.29.
Grove is being charged with summary retail theft and faces a fine of up to $300 plus court costs and/or up to 90 days in jail.

Two people are being sought in a loitering and prowling incident at the Snappy’s convenience store in Bald Eagle, Snyder Township.
The incident happened at 3:10 a.m. on Wednesday when two men were hiding in a wooded area of the store. The men were observed peering through a window on the west south side of the building by a customer that was in the store.
Both men were wearing bandanas over their faces. The customer exited the store to confront the men and they ran behind the building and into the woods.
