For the second year, Joshua House will host the Jhouse Juniors summer camp, which is geared towards elementary-aged kids.
Program activities for the Jhouse Juniors Program include: swimming, field trips to DelGrosso’s Park and Mt. Nittany, community service, indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts and songs and skits.
Program hours are: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. parent drop off; 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. camp activities and 3:30 to 5 p.m. parent pick-up.

Also, those driving by Joshua House will notice some additional outside improvements, as the parking lot area has just been paved.
Kilmartin said they received a grant from the Blair County Park and Recreation to install a full basketball court in the back of the building as well.
Upcoming events for Joshua House include a Fourth of July fireworks sale.
The 7th Annual Joshua House Street 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament is scheduled for July 21. More information about the tournament will appear in a future edition of The Daily Herald.
