Marie A. Taylor, 81, of RD 3 Box 344, Tyrone,
Bald Eagle, died Thursday evening, July 31, 2003 at
Altoona Hospital.
She was born March 31, 1922 in Tyrone, the daughter
of the late Houston and Eva (Mosebarger)Cowher.
She married C. Eugene Taylor, Sr. on July 17, 1946
in Bellwood.
She is survived by her husband; a son, C. Eugene
Taylor Jr. of Hockessin, Delaware; and a
granddaughter, Leslie Ann Harvell of Newark, Delaware.
She was a member of St. Matthew’s Church in Tyrone.
She enjoyed sewing.
Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. on Sunday,
August 3, 2003 at the Richard H. Searer Funeral Home
in Tyrone.
Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday August 4,
2003 at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in Tyrone.
