“My Utmost For His Highest” is the theme of the Fall Bible Conference that began Saturday evening at Grace Baptist Church in Tyrone.
Saturday, FRAN’s (friends, relatives, associates and neighbors) Community Dinner and Program, got underway. The dinner included baked ham and turkey.
The conference speaker is Dr. Milo Thomas, spoke Saturday on the topic: “Do Good People Deserve To Go To Heaven.”
Also, the evening program featured Isaac’s Alley Clown Troupe; Sharon Carter, an English teacher in China shared her Christian testimony; and the Men of Grace provided the music.
After dinner, during the programs, Isaac’s Alley Clown Troupe had a special program for the children through fifth grade.
The program continued on Sunday, Sept. 7 at 10:30 a.m. with “Place At The Point of Decision,” which focused on Lordship issues is Stewardship. Then at 6:30 p.m., “Seeking God’s Will and His Greatest Glory” was scheduled, which focused on the ultimate of Stewardship.
There are no services scheduled for this evening.
On Tuesday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m., Thompson will present “Becomming And Remaining a Growing Christian,” and at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 10, the final day of the conference, Thompson will present “God’s Design in the Matter Of Financial Stewardship.”
