Rick Day Construction (3-7) was held to just three hits against Ferguson Pest Control (4-7), but turned those and 17 walks into a 12-8 victory over Ferguson’s.
Richard Crabtree scored three times and Matt Romano and Drew Miller twice each to lead the winners. Ricky Day had three RBI and a triple, the only extra-base hit of the game, for the Construction crew.
Eric Desch pounded out three hits and Cody Smith, Tyler Osterhout and Richie Stever each had two hits for FPC.

A. J. Schopp, Beau Patton, Dillon McKeehen and Robbie Marlett each had two hits and Schopp scored three runs to lead Gardner’s Candies (8-3) to a 10-6 win over Johnson’s Auto Parts (1-10). Patton and John Kimberling each had two RBI and Kimberling and Marlett each belted a triple for Gardner’s, who jumped out to a 9-5 lead after two innings.
Korry Cowher had two of Johnson’s four hits and Austin Barefoot rapped a double.
Schopp pitched four innings to earn the win, striking out five and walking three.

Jeremy Miller banged out three hits and scored three runs to lead Rick Day Construction (4-7) past Johnson’s Auto Parts (1-11) in the only game of the day. Teammate Matt Myers added two singles. Jesse Shaffer had two hits and Sam Beard had a double for the only extra-base hit of the game for Johnson’s Auto Parts.
Richard Crabtree pitched the complete-game victory for RDC to pick up the win, shutting out Johnson’s until the sixth inning when they scored four times before Crabtree stopped the uprising.

Ferguson’s Pest Control (5-7) only scored in two innings, but put four runs on the board in the third and three more in the fifth to hand Elks (10-1) their first loss of the season 7-3.
Eric Desch scored twice and drove in a run and Jimmy Ferguson, Cody Smith and Desch combined to pitch the victory.
Adam Bonsell had Elks’ only hit, a single and Derrick Emigh, Ridge Coyler and Michael McNeal scored one run each for Elks.

Gardner’s scored eight times in the first two innings and then 10 more in the sixth to nail down the victory, after Rick Day Construction (4-8) had opened up a 13-9 lead with nine runs in the bottom of the fifth.
Jimmy Weston led Gardner’s (9-3) with four hits and A. J. Schopp added three.

Elks jumped out to an 8-0 lead before Rick Day Construction (4-9) came to bat and cruised to a 15-5 triumph for their 11th win in 12 games.
Shane Walker led the winners with two hits and Walker, Adam Bonsell, Ridge Coyler and Kevin Seiner each belted a double.
Matt Romano had a pair of doubles for Rick Day as Walker limited the Construction team to just three hits, striking out 10 and walking five in going the distance for Elks.
