Hollidaysburg State Police
A 21-year-old Bellwood man was cited for disorderly conduct an criminal mischief shortly after 10 p.m. Monday at the DelGrosso Amusement Park in Tipton.
Scott Carl Evans of Antis Street in Bellwood was cited after he allegedly used profane language around women and small children and refused to quit the behavior after numerous warnings. Police said Evans was intoxicated.
He also attempted to smash out the driver’s side rear window of a police cruiser by repeatedly slamming his head into the window. Evans was arrested, arraigned and placed in the Blair County Prison.

Police report an underage drinking incident involving a Warriors Mark teenager early Monday morning in Snyder Township.
Nineteen-year-old Ronald Johnathan Dean was cited for underage drinking about 2 a.m. at the Teaberry Street Apartments.

Tim’s Auto Sales and Service was the victim of a burglary at a location along State Route 764 in Antis Township last week.
Police report someone used force to gain entry to the property sometime between 6:15 p.m., Thursday and 7:30 a.m. on Friday. Once inside, the perps removed $70 in cash and numerous emission stickers.

Nineteen-year-old Jason Nedimyer was charged with retail theft after an incident last month at Rossi’s Corner Store in Antis Township.
Nedimyer allegedly pumped $2.01 of gasoline sometime on June 30 and then drove off without paying for it

Police report a two-vehicle accident along Interstate 99 northbound, near the point where the interstate comes to an end.
A SUV driven by an unidentified operator ran into the rear-end of a dump truck operated by Jefferson Paul Boonie of Petersburg. The driver of the SUV was not identified pending an interview. The vehicle suffered severe damage while there was only minor damage to the dump truck.

A unnamed business in Antis Township was the victim of theft and burglary on June 29.
Someone entered a business and removed tires, wheels, numerous radiators, tools and cash from the location. Police are continuing their investigation.

State police report a theft from a number of motor vehicles at Cogan’s Used Cars on Main Street in Bellwood.
The incident occurred sometime between 5 p.m., June 25 and 8 p.m. on June 29, when someone entered the parking lots and then proceeded to enter four vehicles. A radio/CD player was taken from one of the vehicles while inspection/emission stickers were taken from the inside windshield of the other vehicles.
The suspect(s) then fled the scene undetected.

Property owned by Betty W. Jacobus along Watts Road was damaged sometime between 11 p.m., June 25 and 2:45 p.m. on June 29 according to the state police report on a criminal mischief case in Antis Township.
Someone rammed and knocked down the gate and fencing at the property. The metal wire mesh gate and fencing are valued at $800.

Police arrested a 26-year-old Altoona woman for DUI along State Route 764 in Antis Township shortly after 11 p.m. on June 25.
Stephanie Lynn was stopped for traffic violations and was found to be under the influence of alcohol, after failing field sobriety tests. She was then placed into custody and upon conviction faces fines and/or imprisonment as well as a loss of license.

State police said a resident reported a theft incident at their home in Sinking Valley, Tyrone Township on June 25.
The victim indicated someone known to him entered his residence and removed items from the residence.

A Tyrone area woman, Andrea M. Fetterman, was victimized by an Altoona man who had her co-sign a stolen check.
According to the police report, it was only later she discovered the check was stolen.
Twenty-one-year old Cory Joseph Smith then exchanged the check for cash at the First Commonwealth Bank on Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Altoona. However, Fetterman’s own personal bank account was later debited the full amount of the check, $252 plus a service fee of $8.
Police said the incident occurred on June 17, sometime between 5:15 p.m. and 5:45 p.m. Their investigation is continuing.
A preliminary hearing had not been set as of Tuesday.

Police arrested 22-year-old Shawn Robert Walk of Bellwood for DUI after an incident along Teaberry Street in Snyder Township on June 6 at 2:18 a.m.
Walk was stopped for traffic violations and was found to be under the influence of alcohol. After he failed field sobriety tests, he was placed into custody.
Upon conviction, Walk faces fines and/or imprisonment.

A woman from Bedford has been charged in a harassment case that stretched out for more than a month.
Police reported the incidents occurred starting on May 20 and continued through June 28 when the victim, Corinna Ingram of Tyrone, received harassing telephone calls.
Thirty-two-year old Toni M. Grace was listed as the suspect in the case.
Huntingdon State Police
A residence along Ridge Road in Warriors Mark Township was the scene of a theft incident sometime Friday or Saturday.
Someone removed five flower baskets from the front porch of the residence of Charles Patterson. Anyone with information on the incident is being asked to contact the state police in Huntingdon.

A one-vehicle accident on Friday in Warriors Mark Township put the driver on foot according to state police.
Troopers investigated an accident after a vehicle traveled off the east side of the roadway and came to rest over a six foot embankment. The driver of the vehicle then left the scene.
The incident occurred shortly before 11:30 p.m. at Hundred Springs Road north of State Route 453.
Philipsburg Sate Police
A Port Matilda couple, Kelly Jo and Harold Leroy Riser, Jr., were the victims in a criminal mischief case on Friday between 1:30 p.m.
Someone damaged the victims’ above-ground swimming pool at the residence along West Sawmill Road in Worth Township.
The actor(s) applied pressure to the railing and then fled the scene. Damage was estimated at about $2,500. Anyone with information regarding the incident should contact the Philipsburg state police.

Police report a domestic dispute case dating back to the last day of last month at a residence along old Bald Eagle Pike Road in Taylor Township, Centre County.
The police were called to the location and after an investigation determined the dispute was minor in nature. It was described as “mostly verbal’ and their were no injuries.
The report did not identify the parties involved but did reveal the incident took place between a 36-year-old husband and his 29-year-old wife.

Two Port Matilda teenagers were the victims in a harassment case at a residence along High Street in Port Matilda Borough on June 29, shortly after 9:30 p.m.
A 22-year-old female known to the victims, but unidentified by police, struck one of the victims several times about the head. The police gave no details about any injuries to that victim, 18-year-old Amanda R. Everett. The suspect also allegedly spit on 19-year-old Amanda L. Partner, also of Port Matilda.
