In an Oct. 20 article about National School Bus Safety Week, information provided by PennDOT regarding the amount of the fine for motorists convicted of failing to stop for a school bus was incorrect. The correct amount of the fine is $250 plus costs, a 60-day suspension of driver’s license and five points on a driver’s record.
