The Tyrone Salvation Army Service Unit will be taking applications for Christmas food baskets and toys until November 19 at the Tyrone Community Partnership building, 120 10th Street, Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m.
Applications will only be received from applicants in area zip codes: 16686, 16617 and 16877.
It is very important that individuals bring the necessary paper work to show family means of support, and it is also very important to bring papers showing monthly expenses.
If applicants do not have the necessary paper work, he or she will be asked to obtain necessary information before the application can be filled out.
