The Tyrone junior high girls basketball team closed out its season Tuesday by splitting two games with Huntingdon.
The seventh and eighth grade team defeated the Lady Bearcats 20-17, rallying from a 13-8 halftime deficit.
Rachel Emigh led the Lady Eagles with 10 points, including a pair of foul shots in the final seconds to seal the win. Suzanne Zimmerman added five points and four rebounds.
The seventh and eighth graders finished the season 10-7.
The ninth grade team fell to Huntingdon 28-27.
Kassie Faretta led the Lady Eagles with 13 points, while Sarah Halter added six points.
The ninth graders ended their season 5-14.
