Sue Eva Marie Haupt, age 53, of 572 Ebenezer Rd., Old Fort, NC, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 in Carolina Specialty Hospital, Charlotte, NC.
Born in Hoke County, NC to the late George and Kathleen Stewart Hammack, she was a former employee of Jaynesville Products.
Surviving Mrs. Haupt are her husband, Ralph Haupt; two sons, Michael Cribb of Lowery, SC and Allen Cribb of Smyrna, SC; one brother, Benny Hammack of Smyrna, SC; three sisters, Vera Kohls of Old Fort, NC; Helen Robinette of Raeford, NC, Kaye Chmelik of Fort Leonardwood, Missouri; three granddaughters, Shelby Cribb, Lexie Cribb and Josie Cribb.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Old Fort Chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home. A private ceremony for the family only will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2005 in the chapel of Kirksey Funeral Home, Old Fort, NC.
