Do you think you have what it takes to be the next American Idol?
Now is your chance to follow in the footsteps of fellow contestants Kelly Clarkson, Clay Aiken, Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood.
On September 3, beginning at 8 a.m., individuals will have the chance to audition acapella at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park during Keystone Idol.
Be sure to get there early because only the first 200 registered contestants will be heard by the judges.
Contestants will be broken down into groups to perform each hour. One winner will be selected from each hour to go on to the final round. Individuals should come prepared to sing a minimum of 30 seconds and as long as three minutes.
One winner will be selected from the final round as the 2005 Keystone Idol and receive a trip for two to Chicago (airfare and hotel accommodations) to receive a guaranteed audition in front of American Idol producers on Friday, September 16.
Also, individuals should keep in mind there are requirements to be a participant on American Idol.
