Rosalie Sherry, 81, of RD 3, Tyrone died Sunday, January 22, 2006 at Altoona Regional Health System-Altoona Campus.
She was born March 20, 1924 in Colon City, Panama a daughter of Geraldo and Jean Rodriquez. On February 1, 1947 at Ft. Guelick, Canal Zone, Panama she married William C. Sherry.
Surviving are her husband, four daughters, Sharon Rachel Gatten of Dallas, Texas; Rubia Esther Sherry of Dallas, Texas; Robin Denise Poston of Mesquite, Texas and Billie Rose Sherry of Austin, Texas; five grandchildren and a great-grandson.
She attended the Bald Eagle Christian and Missionary Alliance Church. Rose enjoyed making miniature dolls and doll houses.
Funeral services will be held Friday, January 27, 2006 at 8 p.m. at Feller Memorial Home. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 6 p.m. until the time of services.
