Family Services Incorporated will be holding its first ever Indoor Golf Tournament on March 3.
This 18-hole indoor course will test the short game of area golf players. The course will be set up with nine holes at the Wolf Furniture Store and nine holes at The Casino in Altoona. The tournament will start at 3 p.m. and end with a buffet dinner at The Casino.
“Proceeds raised from this tournament will be used to help Family Services’ programs like the Teen Shelter, Domestic Abuse Shelter and Crime Victim Support Services,” explained Gunter Volders, Marketing and Communications Manager for Family Services. “This is a fun way for businesses and individual teams to support our agency in a slightly competitive way with excellent bragging rights.”
Team registrations for four are $300 and individual registration is $80. The registration fee includes a buffet dinner at the conclusion of the event and beverages.
