A 38-year-old Tyrone woman, Terri Lee Ramsey, was charged in a case dating back to March.
Police said she was charged with altered, forged or counterfeit documents and plates after displaying fraudulent certificates of inspection and emission on her vehicle on March 21 at 4:30 p.m. The charge was filed at Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller’s office.

Robert Brown of Blandburg suffered minor injuries in an accident on State Route 865, two miles north of Bellwood near the reservoir in Antis Township on March 28 at 10:30 p.m.
Police said Brown was traveling west on the road at an apparent high rate of speed. Brown lost control of his vehicle and struck an embankment and guide rails on both sides of the road for several feet before coming to a rest in the middle of the road.
Brown was transported to the Altoona Regional Medical Center and was treated for his injuries. Police said Brown was alleged to have been consuming alcohol and was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Brown was not wearing a seat belt. His vehicle had severe damage.

A Tyrone man suffered a minor injury in a DUI-related accident on State Route 4015 in the area of Antis Road in Antis Township on April 29 at 4:01 a.m.
State police said Daniel Savino, Jr. was traveling at a high rate of speed on the road and lost control of his vehicle and left the road. Savino tried to correct his actions and spun counterclockwise across both lanes of traffic and rolled his vehicle over two times off to the side of the road.
Savino was transported to Altoona Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries. Savino was alleged to have been consuming alcohol and was arrested for DUI. Savino was not wearing a seat belt. His vehicle had severe damage.

A 22-year-old rural Altoona man was charged with interference with the custody of a child in Bellwood earlier this month.
Police said Steven James Garber was charged with assisting a 14-year-old girl in running away from a residence on 8th Street on May 7.

A rural Altoona man reported a theft at his property in Sinking Valley sometime between May 7 and this past Sunday.
Police said Mark Loomis reported that a sheet of aluminum was stolen from his property in Tyrone Township.

A Kersey woman was injured in an accident between a car and a tractor-trailer on May 7, shortly before 3 p.m. along State Route 8007 near the Bald Eagle intersection in Snyder Township.
The crash occurred when both a car driven by 69-year-old Harold D. Harshbarger and a truck driven by 35-year-old Robert J. Harriger were traveling south on the road. Harshbarger’s car was in the right lane while the truck was in the left lane. As the right lane came to an end, the car continued to attempt to merge to the left lane. While Harshbarger was attempting to merge, his vehicle struck the truck on the right front. The initial impact caused Harshbarger to lose control. His car then struck a concrete medium barrier and traveled across the lane of travel and struck the west guide rail barrier.
Harshbarger’s vehicle was then struck by the truck and then was dragged for a small distance through the construction zone transition area.
A passenger in Harshbarger’s vehicle, 69-year-old Corole J. Harshbarger of Kersey, suffered moderate injuries and was wearing a seat belt. She was treated at Tyrone Hospital.
Mr. Harshbarger was not injured and was wearing a seat belt. The truck driver also escaped injury and was belted. Harshbarger’s car had severe damage while Harriger’s truck had moderate damage.
Police said Harshbarger was being charged with a violation of the Pennsylvania vehicle code.
