A Bellwood woman was the victim in an access device fraud case that happened sometime between June 19 and June 22.
State police said someone used a debit card belonging to Victoria Lynn Lowery to pay for several services and items before it was discovered that they were making unlawful transactions on the victim’s account.

Brandon Krolic of Cherry Tree was arrested on old Route 220 shortly after midnight on July 5 for underage drinking and possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop after the fireworks at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park.

A Tipton man was the victim of a burglary at his home on Tipton Manor Road on July 5 between 7 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Police said someone entered the home of Robert L. Miller by climbing through an open bathroom window. Once inside, the burglar removed approximately 280 quarters from two bedrooms and then fled the scene.
The burglar took the new quarters with the different states on them. Anyone receiving a large amount of state quarters should contact the state police in Hollidaysburg at (814) 696-6100 and refer to incident G01-1039931.

A rural Altoona man, Richard David Campbell, reported a forced-entry into his residence along Creamer Road in Antis Township sometime between Thursday and Sunday.
The police press release said three televisions, two laptop computers, four long guns and a washer and dryer set were stolen. Anyone with information on the crime should contact state police at 696-6100.

A Tyrone teen suffered severe injuries in a two-vehicle accident on South Mountain Road in Taylor Township on Sunday at 1:30 p.m.
Police said a 13-year-old boy was operating an off-road motorcycle east and drove the vehicle in the opposing lane of travel as he rounded a left-hand bend in the road. The bike came in contact head-on with the left front end of a Ford Bronco, which was being operated west bound by 41-year-old Terence L. Conrad of Tyrone.
The teen was transported from the scene by AMED and later flown to Altoona Trauma Center for treatment of severe injuries. Conrad was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt. The teen was wearing a helmet. His motorcycle was disabled while the Bronco had moderate damage.

An unidentified Blair County juvenile suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 4021 on Saturday at 9:40 p.m.
The accident happened about 1.6 miles from the intersection of State Route 865 when the driver lost control of his vehicle when he swerved to miss a deer. His car hit a guide rail.
The driver was wearing a seat belt. A Cambria County juvenile was a passenger in the vehicle. The passenger was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

A Morrisdale man was the victim of a theft from his motor vehicle and criminal mischief during an incident in the parking lot of Snappy’s convenience store in Snyder Township on Monday between 6 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.
Police said someone threw a large chunk of concrete through the rear window of Brian Meek’s SUV while it was parked in the lot. The vehicle’s registration plate, FCS3164, was stolen.
