John A. “Jack” Ayres, M.D., age 85, of 1659 Madison Avenue, Tyrone, passed away September 13, 2006.
Friends may call at the Feller Memorial Home, 817 W. 15th St., Tyrone, from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2006.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
Officiant will be Reverend Mark Liller, Chaplain at Epworth Manor. Interment at Riverview Cemetery, Huntingdon.
The family has requested that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions in remembrance of Dr. Ayres be sent to Tyrone Hospital, 1 Hospital Drive, Tyrone, Pa. 16686 or Epworth Manor, 951 Washington Avenue, Tyrone, Pa. 16686.
