A man was the victim of theft as a result of an incident in Northwood, Snyder Township sometime between 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 28 and 5 a.m. on Nov. 29.
Police said a known suspect visited the daughter of Shawn Michael Fisher on Main Street. After the suspect left the residence, Fisher’s wallet was discovered missing the next morning.

The snack bar at the Tyrone Hospital was the scene of a theft sometime between 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 29 and 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 30.
State police said someone removed a cash register from the snack bar room and fled undetected. The cash register had no money in it.

A 68-year-old Bellwood woman was involved in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 4019, just north of State Route 4018 in Antis Township.
Judith Kovac said she dozed off while traveling south on State Route 4019. Her car drifted across the oncoming lane of traffic and went into a ditch.
The noise and vibration from the ditch awakened Kovac. She was able to regain control of the vehicle and brought it to a controlled stop facing south in the northbound lane.
Police said Kovac was wearing a seat belt and was transported to a hospital by ambulance. The extent of her injuries was unknown.
Her car had minor damage and had to be towed from the scene.

State police investigated a hit-and-run accident in Grazierville on Dec. 5 at 6 p.m.
Authorities said an unknown driver was going east on South Fourth Street (Pot Pie Hill) and failed to stop at the intersection with old Route 220. The car crossed over old Route 220 and went through a yard and struck a pine tree. The driver fled the scene.
The vehicle was described as a 1987 Plymouth Reliant SW, blue in color with wood siding.

State police investigated another hit-and-run accident on Dec. 6.
This one happened at 5:20 p.m. along Interstate 99, mile marker 43 in Antis Township. The incident happened when a vehicle driven by 39-year-old Tina M. Ramsey was traveling behind an unidentified car. The car went onto the berm and an unknown object came back and struck the windshield of Ramsey’s vehicle.
The unidentified car then continued traveling north on the road without stopping. Ramsey was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
