It’s hard to believe but this weekend football season comes to an end and soon it will be time for baseball.
With all the recent cold weather and snow, it’s easy to forget, but spring will be here before we know it.
So, it’s that time of year for kids to start thinking about Little League. Registration in Warriors Mark and Tyrone is planned in the upcoming weeks.
Warriors Mark Little League will hold sign-ups this Thursday, February 1 and next Wednesday, February 7 at the Warriors Mark Fire Hall from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Any boy or girl born between May 1, 1994 and April 30, 2002 is eligible to play.
There are registration fees. Discounts are available for families with more than one child registering.
Players must reside in Warriors Mark Township, Franklin Township, Spruce Creek Township or Snyder Township (Blair County).
Warriors Mark Little League is a part of the Tri-County Little League consisting of teams from Port Matilda, Huston Township, Halfmoon Township and Warriors Mark.
