Chad Smith had 12 saves in goal for the Tyrone boys soccer team, but the one he left through was the difference in a 1-0 loss to Bellefonte on Thursday, at the winners’ field.
Ben Montgomery scored the lone goal of the game in the second half after the two schools had battled through the first half scoreless.
Tyrone (0-4) will travel to Huntingdon on Tuesday, Sept. 16, for a 7 p.m. game.
