Robert Ellsworth Klingler, Sr., 69, of 2269 Pennsylvania Furnace Road, Pennsylvania Furnace, PA died Saturday morning, April 7, 2007 at his residence.
He was born December 16, 1937 at Philipsburg, PA a son of William Henry and Margaret Louise (Fye) Klingler.
He was married February 11, 1958 to Kathryn Elizabeth Miller.
He is survived by his wife and daughters Belinda Marie Scheindell (Frank) and Debra Kay Klingler of Pennsylvania Furnace and a son Robert E. Klingler, Jr. (Kim) of Port Matilda, seven grandchildren and one great-grandson, two brothers: Richard Klingler of Boalsburg, PA and Charles Klingler of Wallaceton, PA, two sisters: Lucile Brown of Prince Gallitzen, PA and Rachel Confer of Coburn, PA.
He was preceded in heath by a son Gerald W. Klingler, brothers George and Kenneth and sisters Betty Clinger and Louise Klingler.
He was a lifelong farmer and previously a logger. He was employed at the Earl Lake Farm, Pennsylvania Furnace for many years. He was always willing to help other people.
There will be no viewing or services.
Arrangements are by the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone.
