Jeffrey L. Hopkins, 53, of 1880 Centreline Road, Warriors Mark, died Sunday, May 27, 2007 at Tyrone Hospital.
He was born November 24, 1953 in Altoona, a son of the late Evon Miller. On June 30, 1975 in Tyrone he married Martha J. Beard.
Surviving is a son Christopher L. of Warriors Mark; a daughter Crystal Metheny and husband Allen of Boalsburg; a grandson Ethan Hunter; a brother Kenneth and wife Patricia of Tyrone and co-worker and special friend Mike Heatherly of Warriors Mark. He was preceded in death by a sister Christine Reffner and two brothers, Jack and Dallas Hopkins.
Mr. Hopkins was employed as a truck driver for Zimmerman Truck Lines Inc. for 10 years.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 31, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Feller Memorial Home with Rev. Peggy Bonsell officiating. Interment will follow at Blair Memorial Park. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of services.
