Trinity Episcopal Church has many activities planned this fall.
Located at Washington Avenue and Ninth Street, everyone is welcome to join the worship services each Sunday at 11 a.m. The pastor is Rev. Jeanne Jacobson.
Every Sunday, prior to the worship service, there is a coffee hour, which begins at 10 a.m.
Sunday school is already in full swing, having kicked off with a pizza and ice cream party. The lead Sunday school teacher is Bree Gurekovich.
Many area residents look forward each year to Trinity’s delicious apple dumpling sale. Orders have already been pouring in for tomorrow’s sale.
Also, church members have been preparing for the fourth annual Christmas Holiday High Tea, which will be held on Saturday, December 8 at 4 p.m. High tea at Trinity Episcopal has become so popular over the years that many reservations are made a year in advance.
The public is encouraged to usher in the holiday season while visiting with friends and enjoying the scrumptious sweets and tea sandwiches prepared by the women of the church.
Well-known harpist, Mary Lauver, will once again provide entertainment at the gathering with her inspirational music.
Tickets for the tea are $10. Interested individuals can make reservations by contacting Honey Wilson at 684-2055.
