The area was hit with a little snow, slush and ice yesterday, but today’s weather forecast calls for the sun to come out and have highs in the mid 30s. Saturday will bring more snow showers though, with a possible inch of accumulation. Temperatures will also drop into the teens. If people are traveling anywhere this weekend, be advised of icy roads and hazardous conditions. There were many vehicular accidents Thursday afternoon and early Friday morning.
