Ruth Rhoades Wigham, 86, of Stafford, Virginia, formerly of Levitown, Pa. passed away Thursday, April 3, 2008 at her residence.
Ms. Wigham was born in Tyrone. She is retired from General Motors. Ruth is survived by her son, Michael Shaner of Culpeper, VA; three grandsons, Michael Shaner Jr. and his wife Elizabeth, Shawn and Brian James; two great-grandchildren, Lauren and John Michael; two brothers, Clarence and Charles Rhoades and one sister, Vera Gardner of Tyrone and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Vivian McFarland and Elizabeth Miles.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 10 at 1 p.m. at Blair Memorial Park in Altoona.
