Two Vehicle Crash
On October 21, state police reported a crash along SR 4019 in Antis Township. The two vehicle accident occurred as Scott Harn, 41, Altoona was traveling south and James Johns, 57, South Fork was traveling north along SR 4019. According to the police report, Harn lost control of his vehicle while attempting to negotiate a right hand curve in the roadway. He then crossed the center line and struck the vehicle of Johns. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and suffered no injuries.

Public Drunkenness
State police said that on October 24 Jeffrey Paul Snyder, 30, Tyrone was walking and staggering along SR 220, by an alley near the intersection of First Street in Snyder Township. Snyder was discovered intoxicated and laying in the alley against the back of a garage. He was turned over to a family member by police. A citation of public drunkenness was filed at District Magistrate Fred B. Miller’s office in Tyrone.

One Vehicle Crash
On October 26, state police reported a one vehicle crash that occurred as Kenneth L. Matley, 20, Bellwood was traveling north along SR 4021 in Antis Township. According to the police report, Matley lost control of his vehicle while attempting to pick up his cell phone from the floor of the vehicle. He left the roadway and struck several trees. He was cited for not wearing his seat belt and for having a front passenger under the age of 18 who was also not wearing a seat belt.

Burglary
State police said that on October 29, Kelly Baker of Tyrone reported that someone entered her residence along Igou Road in Antis Township and stole a hand gun. Investigation continues.
