On October 20, from noon till four p.m. the Pennsylvania Game Commission will open the gates on State Game Lands # 26 on Blue Knob for a vehicle tour of the Game Lands.
Traffic will be one way, entering from Rt. 869 between Beaverdale and Pavia. The entrance will be well marked.
The tour will take from 30 to 45 minutes as you travel over seven miles of beautiful mountain scenery on a road suitable for all vehicles. Along the interesting plants will be identified and mounts of wild animals will be placed in natural habitat. Game Commission employees will be stationed at displays to answer and provide educational opportunities.
