Physicals for all Tyrone Area High School and Junior High School winter sports will be given ONE DAY ONLY on October 30, 2002 at the Tyrone High School.
This will be the only day physicals will be given. If you are not in school on this date, you will be responsible for getting a physical from your own physician.
Physical forms may be picked up in the Tyrone Area High School Athletic Office.
Any athlete that has already had a physical for a fall sport will only have to fill out a recertification form.
All forms are due back in the Athletic Office by Monday October 28, 2002.
