Geraldine M. (nee Waite) Dickson, age 79, of Tonawanda, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at DeGraff Skilled Nursing Facility after a long illness.
She was born in Tyrone and had been a resident of Tonawanda for the past 51 years and was the wife of Frederick B. Dickson who died in 1963 and was the sister of the late Herbert Waite.
She is survived by four children, Marlene Hagen of Tyrone, Fredrick (Kathleen) Dickson of Pembrooke Pines, Fla., Richard (Patricia) Dickson of Springville, NY, and Pamela (David) Zorn of Tonawanda. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, a sister Dorothy Parks of Altoona and a brother Donald (Patricia) waite of Springville, NY.
A private interment was held at White Chapel Memorial Park and the memorial service was held at First Presbyterian Church in Tonawanda.
Memorial contributions are preferred to the Alzheimers Disease Association of WNY or the the American Diabetes Association.
