Police report a DUI crash occurred in the parking lot of Sheetz in Antis Township at 11:35 p.m. July 8.
Police said William Strunk of Altoona was backing from a parked position and crashed into a vehicle owned by Kim Gailey of Tyrone, who was at the fuel pumps.
The crash was witnessed by troopers, who found Strunk to be under the influence of alcohol. His passenger, James Lattierri of Altoona, was arrested for having an open alcoholic container within the car.
No injuries were reported.

No injuries were reported in an accident that occurred along state Route 4015 in Antis Township at 4:45 p.m. July 9.
Police said Josh Moore of Altoona lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadway and crashed into a guiderail.

Police report acts of criminal mischief that occurred along Main Street in Snyder Township.
Police said some time on July 10, someone stole two tries and rims from a location in the Northwood area. Also, police said someone ripped out and damaged 48 small flowers which were planted in the victim’s yard.

Police report a 12-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct after yelling and shouting at neighbors in Snyder Township. The incident occurred at 5:45 p.m. Saturday at Pyramid Group Home. Police said the boy was a client at Pine Tree Village in Tyrone.

Police report Tyrone resident Barton Bruce Wise Jr., 34, was arrested for DUI at 2:46 a.m. yesterday. Police said the incident occurred along state Route 1001 in Antis Township.
