Paul Hinkle reported to police that someone slashed a window screen at his Antis Township residence sometime between 9:30 a.m. Tuesday and 8:30 a.m. yesterday.

Police report Samuel Cannistraci of Tyrone was cited for harassment after an altercation at a family gathering on Labor Day. Police said Cannistraci, 33, grabbed an 18-year-old Tyrone woman by the neck at 8:30 p.m. Monday.
