Indiana state police
Police report a criminal warrant was served on 30-year-old Tyrone resident Sherry Lynn Henry for an incident that occurred Dec. 23, 2002 in Center Township, Indiana County.
Police said sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2002, Henry accompanied a known person to a residence in Homer City and waited in his vehicle as he forcibly entered the residence and took an RCA television, an RCA VCR, a cordless telephone and a women’s beauty products gift set.
Henry was arraigned at the office of District Magistrate Steffee and released on $2,500 bail/bond.
Hollidaysburg state police
Police report someone stole a mailbox and spray painted obscenities on a driveway at a residence in Antis Township on Sunday.

Police were called to state Route 99 at mile post 42 in Antis Township on Sunday to investigate an accident.
Police said Brandalyn Fagan of Elmora lost control of her vehicle, traveled onto the median, came back across the south lanes of SR 99 and struck a guiderail.

Police report Georgia L. Ray of Tyrone suffered injuries in an accident that occurred at 3:25 p.m. Sept 15.
Police said Ray was traveling northbound on I-99 during a rainstorm and at a speed which was too fast for conditions. She lost control of the vehicle and it struck an embankment.
Police were assisted at the scene by Neptune Fire Co.

Police report John Matthew Greene, 19, with no fixed address, was arrested, arraigned and jailed on charges of burglary.
According to police, Greene went to his father’s residence in Tipton, where he was not allowed to be, entered the house and removed a safe from his father’s bedroom. He was confronted by another family member as he was leaving with the safe, but he fled the area in a green Explorer.
A short time later, he was observed and pulled over in Grazierville.
He was arraigned before District Justice Kenneth Garman. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 30.
