Hollidaysburg State Police
A 20-year-old Bellwood man was charged with underage drinking and public drunkenness after an early Sunday morning incident in Antis Township.
State police investigated a report of an unresponsive man at a location along State Route 1001. Upon arrival police found Travis E. Replogel laying in a driveway at a residence. Police indicated he was highly intoxicated and passed out. Replogel was transported to Altoona Hospital. Bellwood Boro Police assisted the state police.
Citations regarding the incident were filed with District Justice Fred Miller.

Police report a one-vehicle accident at 4:30 a.m., Saturday on Interstate 99, northbound at the Bald Eagle exit in Snyder Township.
Timothy G. Coates, 21, Johnson City, NY was traveling north when he apparently fell asleep. His vehicle left the road and traveled onto the west berm where it struck the jersey barrier. The vehicle then traveled back onto the road and rolled onto its roof. It then traveled 150 on its roof before coming to a rest on its roof while still partially on the roadway.
Coates sustained minor injuries while his vehicle had severe damage. Bald Eagle Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

State police went to the Lower Johnson Development area in Tipton shortly after 2 a.m., Saturday after a report of two suspicious vehicles in the area.
The vehicles were located and stopped. The driver of one of the vehicles was found to be transporting beer. An unidentified 16-year-old male from Tyrone RR 4, was cited for transporting the alcohol and for driving between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5 a.m.

A Tyrone woman reported the unauthorized use of her vehicle on Thursday.
Paulette June Wafa of Teaberry Street reported someone had used her 1997 Chrysler Concord without her authorization. The vehicle was later found and returned to her. State police are continuing their investigation.

State police are investigated a DUI-related crash which occurred in the early morning hours of May 16 in Antis Township along Interstate 99 at the Pinecroft exit.
Richard Alan Dickinson, Jr., 33, Tyrone, was involved in the one-vehicle incident when according to police he fell asleep behind the wheel, went off the road and passed out. He was found to be under the influence of alcohol after failing a field sobriety test. He was then placed into custody, upon conviction he faces fines and/or imprisonment as well as a loss of his driver’s license.
