David T. Mains, age 92, of Maplewood Manor, Port Matilda, formerly of Warriors Mark, died on October 24, 2004 at Maplewood Manor.
There will be no public services.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Bruce E. Cox Funeral Home, Warriors Mark.
