A 60-year-old Hollidaysburg man has been charged with retail theft after several incidents at the Sheetz in Antis Township.
Merrill Thomas Kephart was charged after he allegedly pumped gas and left the premises without paying for it on six different occasions between Nov. 4, 2004 and Jan. 7, 2005.
Kephart was accused of pumping gas amounts ranging in price from $18 to $24. Hollidaysburg State Police said charges were filed at Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller’s office.

A 67-year-old rural Tyrone man reported a harassment incident at a location on Mountain View Drive in Antis Township at 2:15 p.m. on Jan. 2.
Eugene Jenkins said he was threatened by a person with whom he had a prior landlord/tenant relationship.

State police report the escape of a juvenile from the Green Tree Village Center in Snyder Township on Jan. 4, sometime between 5:35 and 6:00 p.m.
The juvenile escaped the Village laundromat while doing his laundry with other juveniles.
The youth is described as 17-year-old with brown shoulder-length hair. His height was listed as six feet. His weight was listed as 150 pounds. No clothes description was available.

An Alexandria woman was involved in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 453, south of the Grier School in Warriors Mark Township on Jan. 4 at 8:41 a.m.
The crash happened when Peggy Lou Weaver was driving north on the road and was driving too fast for conditions. Her vehicle went around a sharp right curve in the road and lost control. Weaver’s car crossed over to the southbound lane and struck a guide rail. Her car traveled 35 feet and spun 180 degrees, coming to rest against the guide rail facing south in the southbound lane.
Weaver was to be cited for a traffic violation at Magisterial Judge Davis’ office. Her vehicle had severe damage.
Huntingdon-based State Police said they were assisted by Keystone Towing and PennDOT.

A 21-year-old Kittanning man was involved in a one-vehicle accident on Interstate 99 in Snyder Township on Jan. 5, shortly after 4 p.m.
Brian J. Kaplon lost control of his car on a wet roadway. The vehicle hit an embankment and rolled over.
Kaplon was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. His vehicle had severe damage.
