A two-year-old boy was found alone near the intersection of Cold Springs Road and Old Route 220 in Snyder Township yesterday afternoon at about twenty minutes to five.
A passer-by stopped and stayed with the child until Pennsylvania State Police arrived.
A door to door search of the Teaberry Street area led to the location of the child’s mother. She was unaware the child had been missing. The police are continuing their investigation and charges are pending.
State police were assisted by the Tyrone Police Department and Blair County Children and Youth Services.
