John R. Winters, 63, of Birmingham, 2503 Furnace St., Tyrone, PA, was found at his residence Tuesday evening, Dec. 6, 2005.
He was born Dec. 22, 1941 in Birmingham, PA, the son of Anna Marie Winters who died on June 15, 2004.
He is survived by nine cousins and one aunt.
He was a graduate of Tyrone Area High School and was employed at Adler’s Landscape & Nursery, Inc., Altoona for the past 35 years.
There will be no viewing.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, 2005 at 11 a.m. at the Derman Funeral Home, Inc., Tyrone with Rev. Peggy Bonsell officiating.
Interment will be at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
