A 20-year-old rural Tyrone woman was the victim of harassment by communications between 7 and 10:30 p.m. on January 10 at a residence in Tipton, Antis Township.
Police said Nichole Lynn Weyandt received harassing phone calls of a sexual nature from an ex-boyfriend. The investigation is continuing.

Huntingdon-county based state police have released details on an accident that happened on Jan. 11.
The one-vehicle accident happened on State Route 350, approximately one mile north of State Route 550 in Warriors Mark at 7:31 p.m.
Police said 18-year-old Kevin Soellner of Tyrone was traveling south on the road and lost control and crossed the centerline. His car traveled off the east berm and struck a tree.
Soellner had three passengers, all from Tyrone, in the car. Soellner suffered a moderate injury.
Nineteen-year-old Michael Farabaugh suffered a major injury and 17-year-old Ryan Bowman suffered a moderate injury. Twenty-year-old Daniel Gurekovich was not injured. None of the occupants of the car were wearing a seat belt.
Police said at least one passenger was ejected from the vehicle and one passenger fled from the scene.
Police said charges were pending against the driver for driving too fast for conditions, DUI and underage drinking. Police said they are continuing their investigation into other possible underage drinking violations. Warriors Mark Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue assisted police at the scene.

An Altoona man escaped injury in a one-vehicle accident on Grandview Road in Antis Township on Jan 22 at 5:30 p.m.
State police said 25-year-old David Osborne lost control of his vehicle while southbound on the road. The vehicle traveled into the northbound lane and then into the front yards of two residences. The vehicle came to rest in some shrubbery and had to be extricated by a tow truck. Property damage at the two residences included damaged mailboxes, turf and shrubbery.
An uninvolved passing motorist ran over one of the mailboxes on the road and had damage to their vehicle.

A Snyder Township location was the scene of a theft from a vehicle incident on Jan. 22 sometime between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m.
A tractor-trailer truck owned by Ferguson Valley Hardwoods of Hollidaysburg was parked in a lot at the intersection of Baughman Hollow Road and Old Route 220 when someone took approximately 50 gallons of diesel fuel from a fuel tank to the truck.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Hollidaysburg-based state police.
