Several people were involved in a harassment/criminal mischief case that dates back to Feb. 20.
A male and female juvenile were allegedly slamming doors inside the residence of Elizabeth Jacobus at RR 7, Box 530 in Tipton. While slamming the doors, damage was done to the wall area.
Police said after the damage was done to the wall, Angel Yingling struck the juvenile female in the head. The juveniles were cited for criminal mischief while Yingling was charged with harassment.

Huntingdon County-based state police are investigating a burglary that happened In Warriors Mark Township sometime between the beginning of the month and Monday.
Police said the incident happened at a camp on Bear Ridge Lane, off of Ridge Road when someone entered the victim’s property and unsuccessfully attempted to break into the camp. The suspect(s) then pried open the shed, breaking the lock and proceeded to enter the structure and defecate in a garbage can. The suspect(s) then took a container full of gasoline and left the scene. Police said they have suspects under investigation in the case.

A 49-year-old Port Matilda area woman was the victim of identity theft on March 7 between 7 a.m. and midnight.
Deborah G. Bell reported someone attempted to purchase NASCAR tickets by using her identity. The purchase was caught before it was completed.

Several people were arrested for underage drinking after an incident at the Cherry Street Apartments in Tipton, Antis Township over the weekend.
State police responded to a noise complaint at the apartment building shortly after 2 a.m. on Sunday.
Police accused the following people of underage drinking: 20-year Jared Davis Dietzel, 19-year-old Timothy Shane Evans and 19-year-old Mark Allen Rogers, all of Bellwood; 20-year-old Michael Kevin Friedenberger, 20-year-old Daniel M. Savino, 18-year-old Andrew James Woolford and a 17-year-old female, all of Tyrone. Also accused was 20-year-old Ashley Nicole Kaufman of Altoona.
Police said each suspect would be sent a summons as a result of the incident.

A 19-year-old Maryland woman was involved in a one-vehicle accident on I-99 south, approximately two miles north of the Tyrone interchange in Snyder Township on Sunday at 3:50 a.m.
Police said Daniella Irene Hannah Cole struck a deer with her SUV. Cole was wearing a seat belt and was not hurt.
The SUV had moderate front end damage and had to be towed from the scene.

A 41-year-old Port Matilda man was arrested on Sunday, shortly after 8:30 p.m. on DUI charges stemming from an incident on Goss Hollow Lane, approximately 1/4 mile west of State Route 220 in Taylor Township, Centre County.
Police said Timothy P. Brobeck was stopped after driving his vehicle from where it was reported as being suspiciously parked across from a residence on Goss Hollow Lane for a long period of time.

State police investigated a burglary on Harris Street in Reightown, Antis Township that happened Tuesday between 5:45 and 7:45 p.m.
The residence of Jennifer and Trevor Wicks was forcibly entered while they were not at home. The burglar(s) gained entry to the walkway area between the garage and the living area by forcing open a rear door. No other parts of the structure were believed to have been entered. Nothing was found missing.
