A Warriors Mark man was the victim of criminal mischief as the result of an incident on Sunday on Warriors Mark Path in the township.
Police said someone smashed the rear windshield of a vehicle belonging to Jason Lucas.

A 51-year-old Altoona woman is facing possible DUI charges after an incident along I-99 in Blair County on Sunday around 11:30 p.m.
Police said they received a report about a vehicle traveling south bound, going the wrong way, on I-99 North. The vehicle traveled in the wrong direction from the Tyrone area to the Frankstown exit.
A traffic stop was initiated on old Route 220 in the city of Altoona. State police said Pamela Jean Manocchio failed field sobriety tests. She was transported to the hospital to have blood drawn to determine her blood alcohol content.
Charges for DUI and other summary traffic violations are pending results of a blood test.

A Tyrone man was involved in an alleged DUI-related accident in Snyder Township on Sunday at 9:53 p.m.
State police said Benjamin Burton Brower legally passed another vehicle and lost control at a sharp left curve. He lost control of his vehicle and it traveled off the road and went into a wooded area, coming to rest east of the roadway.
Brower was taken to Tyrone Hospital for a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content. The test showed he was above the legal limit.
Police said a check showed that Brower had a suspended driver’s license and an active bench warrant from the Blair County Sheriff’s department. Brower was placed in Blair County Jail.
Charges were to be filed at Magisterial District Judge Fred Miller’s office for DUI and related charges.

A thief really hit the spot when they entered a Pepsi machine at New Enterprise Stone and Lime in Snyder Township and took money from it sometime between midnight and 7 a.m. on Tuesday.
Police said both bills and change were taken from inside the machine. There was no sign of entry visible. It is believed the thief has a key to the machine.
