A public memorial service for Virgil G. Wineland, 90, of Tyrone RR1, formerly of Martinsburg, who died August 24, 2006 in Martinsburg, will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, September 3, 2006 at the Tyrone Church of the Brethren, 500 W. 18th St., Tyrone, with Pastor Jeff Miley officiating.
