A trio of Tyrone Youth Baseball Leaguers participated in the Sluggers Derby at the recent Dean Patterson Little World Series at Bellwood. Tyrone athletes (left to right) Jacob Belinda, Chris Wilson and Anthony Zimmerman took part in the contest. All the hitters had multiple home runs, with Chris Wilson capturing the title of indidual home run champion. Belinda and Zimmerman play on the local Hookies team, and Wilson plays for the Elks.
