The Tyrone Area girls volleyball team (1-8) hosted the Bald Eagle Area girls in a match at the Tyrone Elementary School gymnasium on Monday evening.
The Bald Eagle Area girls won three straight matches 25-10, 25-17 and 25-13.
Kim Cherry had 17 assists for the Tyrone Lady Eagles, who will host Huntingdon on Wednesday, Oct. 4, at the TAHS Elementary gym with the junior varsitry match beginning at 6 p.m.
The Bald Eagle Area junior varsity defeated the Lady Eagle junior varsity 26-28, 25-14, 15-10.
