A Claysburg woman has been charged with harassment after an incident in the early morning hours of Sept. 24 in Fostoria, Antis Township.
Brandy Shawley was accused after she allegedly called the victims, Donna and Troy Boutiller, approximately 20 times. Police said the calls were made between 12:58 and 2 a.m. and annoyed the victims and woke two children sleeping in the house.

Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of old Route 220 and State Route 865 in Antis Township on Sept. 24 at 1:18 p.m.
Police said a vehicle driven by Kerri V. Rossi of Hollidaysburg was northbound on old 220 while a vehicle driven by Ira Finnegan of Imler was southbound in the left turning lane. Finnegan’s vehicle moved into the path of Rossi’s vehicle while attempting to turn left. The impact occurred at the intersection.
Finnegan suffered a neck injury and was taken to Altoona Regional Medical Center by ambulance. Rossi suffered a minor injury. Four passengers in Rossi’s vehicle were not injured. Both drivers and all the passengers in Rossi’s vehicle were wearing seat belts.
Finnegan’s car was listed as totaled. Rossi’s vehicle had severe damage. Police said Excelsior No. 1 Fire Company assisted at the scene.

A 27-year-old rural Tyrone man, Joseph Daughenbaugh, was accused in a harassment incident at a residence along State Route 4025 in Snyder Township on Sept. 24 at 10:29 p.m.
Police said they received a report that Daughenbaugh appeared twice outside the residence of Lance Geissinger and had no legitimate reason to be there other than to harass the victim. Police said they planned to file a summary citation regarding the incident.

State police are investigating the theft last week of a bicycle from 98 B Mead Street in Northwood, Snyder Township.
Police said someone took a bike belonging to a 14-year-old boy from the property sometime between 9 p.m. on Sept. 24 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 25. The bike was outside of a garage at the time of the theft. Police described it as a GT racing bicycle (no serial number listed). The bike was valued at $150. Anyone with information should call state police at 696-6100.

A Bellwood man, 36-year-old Steven Coulter, suffered a minor head injury in a one-vehicle accident on State Route 4019 (old 6th Avenue) in Antis Township on Sept. 25 at 12:32 p.m.
Police said Coulter lost control of his vehicle traveling north on the road while he was going around a right curve. Coulter’s vehicle went down a yard and into some woods and struck a tree. Coulter was taken to Altoona Regional Medical Center for treatment. Police said Coulter reported he had suffered a mini-seizure. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the police release.
