When your team is 2-9 and losing by 28 points one would think disappointment.
The Lady Eagles are looking for small victories within each game. Tyrone lost to a very good Bellefonte team 52-24. Compare that to the first meeting when the Lady Raiders just dismantled Tyrone by 40 points. Small victory number 1.
In a breakout game, Ivy Tangen, played easily the best game of her career getting rebounds and “going right back up with it” for a game high eight points. Small victory number 2.
Also, with Olivia Stever sidelined, Abby Brooks saw more time and she shot the lights out for six points of her own. Small victory number 3.
Tyrone will play Harmony on Monday at home.
Small victory number 4 may be the play of the Lady Eagle “B” team, coached by Nick Cushion, have won seven in a row. Tyrone completely dominated the Lady Raiders 24-6 as Casey Baird tallied 10 points and Ashley Ford added eight in the win.
