Tyrone\\\’s Junior High Girls basketball team was dealt a 45-21 setback to Bald Eagle Area on Tuesday at Tyrone.
Bald Eagle Area led from the opening tip and never looked back.
Tyrone was without leading scorer Casey Baird and BEA outhustled Tyrone from start to finish.
Mara Hawes continues to be a major force leading Tyrone with seven points and Olivia Stever added four in a losing effort.
Tyrone travels to PO Thursday for a 6 p.m. start.
Tyrone\\\’s \\\”B\\\” team also came up short again without Baird. The Lady Eagles lost 21-13.
Ashley Ford had six points to front Tyrone.
