TACO Halloween Parade
The TACO Halloween Parade has been rescheduled for Tuesday, October 24 at 6 p.m.
Registration for the costume judging will start at 4:30 p.m. at the Tyrone Highway Dept. Parade line up will begin at 5 p.m. in front of the Highway Dept. If interested in taking part in the parade, call Tim Kirkpatrick at 684-0704.

Bellwood Halloween Parade
The Halloween parade has been set for Tuesday, October 24 beginning at 6 p.m. Line up will begin at Houser’s at 5:30 p.m. Trick-or-treat is scheduled for Thursday October 26 from 6 to 8 p.m.

DCWV meeting
The next meeting of the Descendants of Civil War Veterans will take place at the Bellwood-Antis Public Library at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25. The speakers will be Doug and Julie Decker who will present a program on the History of Civil War Medicine. The public is invited to attend.

Aleutian Island Military Veterans
The Aleutian Island Military Veterans will reunite October 25-27 at 2 p.m. in Williamsport. All service branches veterans, guests and spouses are welcome. Grace Baptist celebrates 135th anniversary
On October 26, 1872, a congregation of 13 believers in the Lord Jesus Christ met for the first official service of the Grace Baptist Church.
On Sunday, October 29, at 8:15 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and again at 6:30 p.m., beloved Pastor Allen Smith will return to Tyrone as the guest speaker. Pastor Smith served as the Pastor of Grace from 1981 to 1987. It was during that time period that an addition was built onto the church which doubled the size of the present facility.
An infant and toddler nursery will be available during Sunday services.
Remember to come early as the church will fill up fast.

A-Maze-of-Grace
On October 26 from 6 to 8:30 p.m., Grace Student Ministries will host an incredible maze for the youth in the community. It will be located in the basement of Grace Baptist Church, across from East End Pizza.
It will be dark, it will be exciting, it will be a-MAZE-ing.
There will be hot chocolate and candy along with a few other goodies at the end for those who make it out to the maze. Make sure to stop by on the way through town to try your hand at figuring out the maze.

Light the Night
Mom and dad, kids of all ages come to “Light the Night”, October 26, from 6-8 p.m. “Light the Night” is a safe and supervised Halloween night environment. Games, prizes, puppets, face painting, candy, hotdogs, hot popcorn and beverages, all will be provided free. As a special treat for the kids, “Handi” the Clown will also make an appearance. “Light the Night” will be in the parking lot behind Burger King, and is sponsored by First Assembly of God Church.
